1. Introduction

Welcome to IT Finder (“Platform”), operated by Finder Hub Technologies FZCO, By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

 

2. Scope of Service

IT Finder is a digital platform that connects:

  • Businesses and individuals seeking IT services
  • IT service providers (“Integrators”)
  • Suppliers and vendors
  • IT job seekers

The Platform facilitates communication and service discovery only.

 

3. Geographic Limitation

The Platform is currently intended for use within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Users agree to comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

 

4. Platform Role & Limitation

IT Finder acts solely as a neutral intermediary platform and:

  • Does NOT provide IT services directly
  • Does NOT participate in negotiations between users
  • Does NOT guarantee the completion of any deal
  • Does NOT verify or control service delivery outcomes

All agreements are made directly between users and service providers.

 

5. No Payment Handling

IT Finder:

  • Does NOT collect, process, or hold any payments
  • Does NOT act as an escrow or financial intermediary
  • Is NOT responsible for invoices, pricing, or transactions

All payments are handled externally and directly between the parties.

 

6. No Commission Policy

The Platform operates on a subscription-based model and:

  • Charges service providers subscription fees
  • Does NOT take any commission on deals
  • Does NOT interfere with pricing between parties

 

7. User Responsibilities

All users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Use the Platform in good faith
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Avoid fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activity

 

8. Integrator (Service Provider) Responsibilities

Service providers agree to:

  • Maintain valid trade licenses
  • Provide accurate service descriptions
  • Deliver services professionally and ethically
  • Respond to inquiries within a reasonable timeframe

The Company reserves the right to suspend or remove providers who fail to meet standards.

 

9. Verification Disclaimer

While IT Finder may verify certain documents (e.g., trade license), we:

  • Do NOT guarantee service quality
  • Do NOT guarantee provider performance
  • Do NOT guarantee accuracy of all information

Users must perform their own due diligence.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, and design, is owned by Finder Hub Technologies FZCO or its licensors.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

 

11. Marketing Usage Rights

By using the Platform, service providers grant IT Finder the right to:

  • Use company name, logo, and website
  • Display profiles for marketing purposes
  • Promote services through digital channels

 

12. Subscription & Fees

  • Subscription fees are agreed upon via contract
  • A setup fee of AED 499 may apply
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Late payments may result in account suspension

 

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend accounts for violations of these Terms
  • Remove users providing false or misleading information
  • Restrict access for non-payment or abuse

 

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Finder shall NOT be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages
  • Service failures by providers
  • Disputes between users
  • Financial losses 
  • Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

 

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between users must be resolved directly between the involved parties.

IT Finder is not responsible for mediation or dispute settlement.

 

16. Data & Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Users consent to data collection and usage necessary for platform operation.

 

17. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
